how do i remove bearshare web search

While installing bearshare, its toolbar got attached with my browser (firfox). There is not uninstall button/opion for toolbar. Please help.

Dear BearShare User,
Please uninstall BearShare media bar and perform the following:
1. Go to: 'Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Program'.
2. Remove 'Media Bar 2.0'.
In case this does not resolve the problem, try to remove the media bar manually:
go to 'Program Files > BearShare Application > Media Bar' and double click 'UNWISE.exe' to uninstall the application.
